Catalyst Housing, now part of Peabody, a key player in London’s social housing sector, embrace community support and youth empowerment. Recruiting 16-24-year-olds through the Government Kickstart scheme, they formed three ‘community connector’ groups collaborating with the community engagement team to identify and tackle local challenges. We were appointed to lend our housing sector expertise to shape impactful projects, fostering skill development and addressing societal issues. Our partnership exemplifies collaborative community engagement, benefiting both young participants and the broader community.
