Berneslai Homes (BH), a housing organisation managing 18,000 homes for Barnsley Council, is enhancing its community impact. They had procured a new repairs solution to optimise responsive repairs, cyclical maintenance, dynamic resource allocation, and subcontractor management. Requiring assurance, BH’s executives sought our oversight through a project governance review and audit. Our brief was to assess project progress, ensure strategic alignment, and review project controls and resources against delivery objectives.
