Managing approximately 9,000 homes Aspire Housing’s proactive business transformation approach in the social housing sector, focuses on engagement, innovation, agility, and efficiency, it exemplifies their commitment to staying relevant. We were asked to support the development of a clear agile technology vision, embracing data insights and transparent communication, and which had measurable outcomes. We then helped Aspire to navigate this journey successfully by overseeing the delivery of its IT change programme.
